The work involves demolition of the external rear wall and relocation of internal partition to form new utility room along with the construction of a new single storey garden room extension area. The works will include concrete foundations, concrete slab and screed floor, new masonry walls below DPC, timber framework, internal blockwork and external face brickwork walls. Pitch roofing works with a concrete interlocking double plain tile covering to match existing. Installation of roof joists to construct a flat roof which will include upstands for main parapet wall, roof lantern wall and uPVC guttering. New uPVC windows, roof lantern window, doors and bi-folding doors will also be installed.
