Mr Nick and Mrs Rachel Galloway appointed Vaughan Construction Limited as the Principal Contractor for the construction of a New Wedding Venue at Sylen Lakes, Five Roads.

The work included the excavations for foundations, installation of drainage and services routes. Concrete pour of foundations, installation of reinforcement mesh for concrete infill slab, with concrete polished floor slab finish, Fabricate and erect structural steel frame. Installation of timber frame components, Install new standing seam roof, fascia and soffits complete with all necessary RWG.  Supply and install new windows and doors.  Installation of external feature timber cladding.  Full mechanical and electrical works including under floor heating system, carpentry works including installation of new bar and kitchen area. Testing and commissioning.  Final clean up and handover.

Griffin Mill had appointed Vaughan Construction Limited as principal contractor for the refurbishment of the existing Peugeot Showroom into a New Vauxhall Showroom.

The work involved the refurbishment of the existing showroom into a new Vauxhall Showroom.  Removal of existing ceiling tile and allow for additional support. New Ceiling tiles into existing grid system and fully resprayed to match colour requirement by client. New showroom lighting.  Removal of existing floor coverings and preparation for new electrical floor boxes.  Install new floor tiles.  Installation of new stud wall.  Installation of glass screens and doors.  New electrical and data points.  Carpentry and joinery work including new skirting throughout.  Decoration of showroom.  Respray external cladding and windows.  Clean all gutters and fascia board.  New LVC car park layout. Testing and Commissioning.  Final clean and handover.

KIA Gravells appointed Vaughan Construction Limited as Principal Contractor for the refurbishment of the existing showroom and construction of a new extension.

The work involved the construction of a new steel frame extension and the refurbishment of the existing show room interior layout complete with show room lighting with a red infinity loop.  Excavate to form new slab and foundations for new extension.  Construction concrete strip and pad foundations.  Install new structural steel frame.  Fabricate and install new metal roof and wall cladding.  Supply and install new roller shutter doors and pedestrian access doors complete with all M&E requirements to suit new layout.  Showroom works involved demolition alterations work to suit new layout of showroom.  Refurbishment works to the existing Ambulant/Female and Male toilets Inc. floor finishes, wall finishes, new sanitary wear & decoration.  Main showroom preparation of the existing concrete slab following removal of existing tiles in preparation for the installation of the new tiles.  New cladding to Roof.  Construct Unistrut ceiling support. Construct MF ceiling.  Construct new offices including carpentry and joinery Works and decoration.

Dr Parvaiz Ali liaising for and on behalf of the local community has appointed Vaughan Construction Limited as principal contractor for the alteration and construction works for new extensions to the front and rear of the existing Sketty Church conversion into an Islamic Culture Centre.

The works include the disconnection of existing live services to isolate area.  Construct new flat roof extension to form new WC’s and Wudu area.  Construct new domed roof extension to form new meeting room.  Form new flat roof between pray halls.  Remove and replace roof tile coverings and guttering system.  Install new external timber door and aluminium windows.   Install new mezzanine floor complete with DDA compliant platform lift and new staircase.  Supply and install new M&E 1st and 2nd Fix throughout including new ventilation, heating system, air conditioning, sanitary items, LED lighting, Alarm systems, CCTV, video and audio tannoy system, Solar PV.  Make good and plaster skim walls and ceilings.  Carpentry and joinery work including installing new internal doors, kitchens, cupboards and worktops.  Decoration to walls, ceilings and timbers.  Testing and commissioning. Final clean up and handover.

The works included the isolation of existing services.  Strip out existing services.   Remove existing stud walls, doors, suspended ceiling and flooring.  1^st fix mechanical and electrical to suit new layout.  Construct stud wall to form new offices.  Install new glazed screens and doors to offices.   Install new vinyl and carpet tile flooring.  2^nd fix mechanical and electrical.  Decoration and Signage.  Testing and commissioning.  Final clean up and handover.

Pembrey and Burry Port Town Council has appointed Vaughan Construction Limited  as principal contractor for the construction of a new extension to the Burry Port Memorial Hall.

The works includes the disconnection of existing live services to isolate area.  Excavate for new foundations and concrete slab.  Installation of ducting and drainage as required. Pour reinforced concrete slab with a power float finish. Fabricate and install structural steelwork.  Design, supply and fit roof and wall cladding complete with all fillers, flashings, junctions, etc.  Install new powder coated galvanized mild steel gutters and downpipes.  Install new uPVC windows and doors.  Install new garage roller shutter door.  Form new external concrete ramp and steps.  Installation of M&E as required.  Testing and commissioning.  Final clean up and handover.
